The building of homes for the new community at Greenwich Peninsula represents one of the largest and most prominent development opportunities in the UK today.

Bellway Homes
Bellway is a top UK house-builder and has been selected as the first residential developer for Greenwich Peninsula.
Bellway Homes are building 229 high quality riverside apartments in Peninsula Riverside in the southern part of the neighbourhood. Overlooking the Thames, the apartments are next to Greenwich Millennium Village and close to existing peninsula retail and community facilities. People are now moving in to Bellway's new apartments.
Endorsing the Peninsula's strong sustainability agenda, new apartments will have an EcoHomes 'Excellent' rating, and a 4 star Code for Sustainable Homes rating. Crest Nicholson PLC
Crest Nicholson PLC, in partnership with Meridian Delta Limited (a joint venture between Lend Lease and Quintain) has entered into an exclusivity agreement to develop a 1.1 acre site on the north-eastern shoulder of Greenwich Peninsula.
Located adjacent to North Greenwich Pier, to the south of The O2 , the project will provide 305 one, two and three bedroom apartments, together with approximately 5,000 sq ft of retail floor space.
Peninsula Quays Ltd
Quintain Estates and Development PLC and Lend Lease have established a new development joint venture company, Peninsula Quays Limited.
Peninsula Quays Limited will carry out the proposed development of 3,000 homes in Peninsula Quays - a site of approximately 22 acres in the north west of the peninsula.
