196,000 square feet fully let to Transport for London who took occupancy in Summer 2009

The building consists of two blocks of office accommodation linked by a light-filled, central atrium space. The 7-storey office building also contains retail amenity at ground level.

Transport for London is the sole office occupant of the 198,000 sq ft building and shares Lend Lease’s and Quintain’s commitment to sustainability.
