The Work & Learn Centre

The Work & Learn Centre is the dedicated recruitment centre for Greenwich Peninsula. It’s a joint partnership between Greenwich Local Labour & Business (GLLaB), Job Centre Plus and the developers.

The Work & Learn Centre provides a full recruitment service both for people who want to work at Greenwich Peninsula and for employers. The centre will be the only route to getting work on peninsula construction projects and one of the ways of finding out about the permanent office and retail jobs that will be created on Greenwich Peninsula.

As well as its recruitment service, the centre also runs courses and tests for the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS), a health and safety requirement for all contractors working on the development.

The Work & Learn Centre has a dedicated Learn Direct Centre where people can learn new skills and gain qualifications in a variety of subjects.
