Noodes brings ramen, bao and a selection of world curries to Canteen, serving rich house-made broths, soft pillowy buns, and delicious spice blends. Each dish is built around depth of taste and freshness, carefully crafted using authentic recipes, layered with flavour, and designed to be utterly moreish. Highlights include Tonkotsu Chashu Pork Ramen, XO Prawns in house broth, Beef Rendang, Butter Chicken, and bao filled with Braised Brisket and Miso Celeriac.
