Urban Village Fete Tote Bag Giveaway Terms & Conditions
The promoter is: Knight Dragon Limited (company no. 04250941) whose registered office is at Level 9, Mitre Passage, Greenwich Peninsula, London, SE10 0ER.
The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Knight Dragon Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Closing date for entry will be 16 May 2024. After this date then no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received the promoter for whatever reason.
The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows:
- The entrant must complete the Urban Village Fete Registration Form.
- If they are in the first 10,000 people to register, they will be sent a short survey to complete in order to receive their ‘free tote bag unique code’.
- Using the code, the free tote can be collected on 19th May from 11:00 – 14:00pm from Greenwich Peninsula with proof of the unique code.
- Codes can only be used once.
Knight Dragon reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice if circumstances arise outside of its control.
The prizes are as follows:
- One free Peninsulist Tote Bag.
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The item is not transferable and subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute the item with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen based on being the first 10,000 to register for Urban Village Fete 2024.
All winners will be notified by email. If the winner does not complete the survey, no prize will be given. All winners must present their unique code in order to claim their free tote bag by 14:00. We reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and can not guarantee a prize will be available after 14:00. and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
