Clubhouse on The Tide
The Tide is London’s first riverside linear park with elevated pathways, beautifully landscaped areas and art for everyone to enjoy. Once finished it’ll form a whole 5k around Greenwich Peninsula and a different way to take in views, run and hang out in the city.
The Clubhouse is at the heart of The Tide: part exercise studio, part juice bar, part art installation. There you’ll find showers, towels and digital lockers, plus MOTHER, an independent cafe which serves up healthy snacks. It’s a place where the community can come together pre or post-work out.

High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) is a mixture of interval training that combines strength training and cardio. Expect short bursts of intense anaerobic exercise followed by short recovery periods for an intense but satisfying work out. HIIT training is known for improving muscle tone, burning fat and building cardio fitness, so it’s a great all-rounder if you’re expecting fast results.
Zumba’s the workout that doesn’t feel like a workout. Inspired by various styles of Latin America dance, it’s an intensive aerobics class that will get you moving to upbeat music made for dancing. Other than 45 minutes of fun and sweat, enough Zumba classes will sculpt and tone the body while the immediate benefits include stress relief.

Join us on London's first ever elevated linear park, The Tide. Get here via the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich tube station.
Exit the station on to Peninsula Square, The Tide’s winding path begins adjacent to ‘The Spire’. Alternatively, take the MBNA Thames Clipper to North Greenwich pier and arrive on The Tide.
