Clubhouse on The Tide

The Tide is London’s first riverside linear park with elevated pathways, beautifully landscaped areas and art for everyone to enjoy. Once finished it’ll form a whole 5k around Greenwich Peninsula and a different way to take in views, run and hang out in the city.

The Clubhouse is at the heart of The Tide: part exercise studio, part juice bar, part art installation. There you’ll find showers, towels and digital lockers, plus MOTHER, an independent cafe which serves up healthy snacks. It’s a place where the community can come together pre or post-work out.

What's On


High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) is a mixture of interval training that combines strength training and cardio. Expect short bursts of intense anaerobic exercise followed by short recovery periods for an intense but satisfying work out. HIIT training is known for improving muscle tone, burning fat and building cardio fitness, so it’s a great all-rounder if you’re expecting fast results.

Strong by Zumba

Zumba by name but definitely not Zumba by nature. This class is driven by synced music composed by Grammy award winning producers designed to match every single move. This workout combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and combat moves to satisfy the warrior within.


Learn the foundations and fundamentals of Joseph Pilates mat Pilates. Modifications and progressions are available to accommodate for beginners to intermediate participants. All class sequences are centred on Joseph Pilates’ original 34 exercises which he taught students. The introduction of small equipment brings a new dimension to the workout allowing the participant to focus on the original six principles: concentration, control, centre, flow, precision, and breathing

Express Full Body Blitz

This is a workout that does what it says on the tin - A full body workout that hits all major areas: legs, arms, back and abs. Combines cardio and resistance work using body weight, resistance bands and the Tide landscape. All wrapped up in 30 mins!


A high energy workout with high returns. Join our boot camp class to experience a Military style workout. A mix of dynamic stretching followed by interval and strength training to increase cardiovascular efficiency and stamina.


Move through stations of bodyweight or resistance-based exercises. Challenge yourself, count your reps, and see if you can beat yourself next time around.

Mindful Stretch

Take time to slow down and relax as we move throw a series of poses designed to release tension and re-connect mind with body. A strong emphasis is placed on correct body alignment, good posture and transitioning through all planes.

Box Blast

Channel your inner Rocky Balboa and live by the following life lesson, 'It's not about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.’ Box Blast combines basic technique guidance, drills and combos to deliver a stress relieving class.

Animal Flow

Described as, ‘if Yoga and Capoeira were to have a baby…’ Animal flow would be their offspring. Animal Flow is a ground-based movement program challenging balance, co-ordination and control. Inhale and exhale as you transition through all planes of movement inspired by animal-style poses in a fluid sequence.

Join us on London's first ever elevated linear park, The Tide. Get here via the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich tube station.

Exit the station on to Peninsula Square, The Tide’s winding path begins adjacent to ‘The Spire’. Alternatively, take the MBNA Thames Clipper to North Greenwich pier and arrive on The Tide.
