Thrive is back for spring – celebrating five years of feel-good community wellbeing.

Free and open to all, Thrive is a community wellbeing festival sponsored by Greenwich Peninsula in partnership with The Hour, designed to help you to reset, recharge and reconnect.

Over two weeks, you can enjoy a packed schedule of feel-good activities designed to support both body and mind. Expect energising workouts and calming rituals, all completely free and open to all.

This year’s line-up includes: Yoga in the park, Barre and Boxfit, Pilates and Reiki, plus even more mood-boosting sessions to help you thrive. Whether you're trying something new or returning to a favourite class, Thrive is your invitation to prioritise your wellbeing.
