Day 9 | IFS Cable Car tickets

1 - The promoter is: Knight Dragon Limited (company no. 04250941) whose registered office is at Level 9, Mitre Passage, Greenwich Peninsula, London, SE10 0ER.

2 - The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over except employees of Knight Dragon Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3 - There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5 - The entrant must follow @greenwich.peninsula and @ifscloudcablecar, like the post, and tag a friend in the comments of the post in order to enter the competition. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://www.instagram.com/greenwich.peninsula/

6 - Opening date for entry will be 11am, 09 December 2024. Closing date for entry will be 11am, 11 December 2024. Prize - 4x tickets to the IFS Cable Car. Winners will be contacted via Instagram at 12:00 on 11 December 2024. After this time and date then no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

• The entrant must follow @greenwich.peninsula and @ifscloudcablecar
• The entrant like the post.
• The entrant must tag a friend in the comments of the post. Each tag equates to 1 entry.

9 - Knight Dragon reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice if circumstances arise outside of its control.

10 - The prize is four tickets to the IFS Cable Car. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11 - Winners will be selected at random. The winner will be messaged via Instagram and given details of how/when to collect their prize. Winners are responsible for collecting their gift from IFS Cloud Greenwich Peninsula(Edmund Halley Way, London SE10 0FR). Any prize not collected will be null and void at the end of the day on 15 December 2024.

11 - Winners will be selected at random. The winner will be messaged via Instagram and given details of how/when to collect their prize. Prize does not include basketball rental. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

12 - Winners are responsible for collecting their prize from IFS Cloud Greenwich Peninsula located at Edmund Halley Way, London SE10 0FR. Prizes not collected by the end of the day on 11 January 2025, will be forfeited. All prizes must be redeemed within three months of the date they are won.

13 - By winning this competition, you give permission for Knight Dragon to share your photo on Greenwich Peninsula social accounts.

14 - The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16 - The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
