NOW Gallery is a free public exhibition space for contemporary art, fashion, photography and design on Greenwich Peninsula. The gallery invites artists, designers and creatives spanning a breadth of career and backgrounds.

Bureau Restaurant is the dining destination at the heart of London's Design District on Greenwich Peninsula. It’s a place for eating and meeting, with a focus on seasonal produce. Open to all, from energising breakfasts to lively lunches and afternoon pick-me-ups, the restaurant brings people together, fostering connection and collaboration over great food and drink.

We’re easy to reach by tube, bus, river boat or cable car. There’s also bike parking and car parking available nearby. See all transportation options available. 

The InterContinental O2 is located right on our doorstep with views of The O2 and Canary Wharf. Book your room here.

We recommend using public transport, but if you’re driving, The O2 offers over 2,000 parking spaces, including accessible bays and EV chargers. Find out more here.

We aim to make our events as accessible as possible. The site is step-free and suitable for wheelchair users, with accessible toilets nearby. However, please note there is no dedicated viewing platform for this event.

Yes – please register for your free ticket via our Eventbrite page. This helps us manage attendance and ensure the right facilities are in place for your safety and comfort.

The festival runs from 12pm to 9pm on Saturday 26 July. Come for the food, stay for the music!

The event is fully booked - can I still attend? 

If the event is sold out, drop us a line at hello@greenwichpeninsula.co.uk and we’ll let you know if any spaces become available.

Please cancel your booking through Eventbrite, so that we can reallocate the ticket. Alternatively, you can reach out to hello@greenwichpeninsula.co.uk with your request.

All ages are welcome. Bars operate a strict Challenge 25 policy, so please bring valid photo ID if you’re lucky enough to look younger than you are.

We do not have cloakroom facilities available. We kindly request that you only bring a small bag that you can easily carry on your body. Please note that we cannot accommodate any luggage with wheels, large bags, sports equipment, folding bikes, or scooters in the main event space.  

You’re welcome to bring your own snacks, but please no glass bottles. We encourage you to explore our food and drink options while you're here. And don’t forget to dispose of waste responsibly using the bins provided.

Yes – public toilets are available in North Greenwich London Underground station, NOW Gallery, Design District, and The O2, plus temporary event toilets located near Canteen.

Rain or shine, the show goes on! Please dress appropriately for the weather – this is an outdoor event. If the forecast looks extreme, we’ll notify attendees of any changes in advance.

There’s limited seating available in Bureau Restaurant and the Design District Courtyard, plus some tables and benches near food vendors. Please note: there is no seating in the stage area and no space for personal chairs or picnic blankets. We’ll have some gazebos onsite for shade and cover throughout the day.

Yes – this is a card-only event. All traders and bars accept contactless and card payments only.

Yes, well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome. If the site gets busy, you may be asked to stay towards the edges of the event space for everyone’s safety and comfort.

No dress code – just dress for the weather and for comfort. It’s a relaxed, outdoor festival – whether you’re in jazz chic or casual cool, come as you are.

Yes – refill for free at the water fountain in the Design District courtyard (opposite Bureau Restaurant). Help us cut down on plastic waste.

Yes – connect to ‘Greenwich Peninsula Wi-Fi’, register your device, and enjoy free access across the site. We can’t guarantee the coverage or speeds available

If you’re separated from your child, please alert a steward or member of our easily identifiable security team immediately – the guys in hi vis jackets. Our staff and CCTV network operators will assist in reuniting you as quickly as possible.

Will you have photographers there on the day?

Yes – we will have photographer / videographers capturing content across the day. We’ll be posting some of the shots from the day across our Facebook account the following week, so do look out for yours and feel free to tag you and your mates!

By taking part in the event, you grant us full rights to use the images resulting from the photography / filming. This might include (but not limited to), the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media, and press releases. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform an event organiser and / or the photographer’s assistant on the day. 

Any lost property will be handed into the marketing suite/NOW Gallery in Peninsula Square.  We will hold items for 28 days after the event. If not claimed by this point, items will be donated to an appropriate charity.

We have trained first aiders on site. Please notify a steward or security staff member if you or someone near you needs help.
