  • Offer available on all reservations of Knight Dragon owned and developed properties until 31st March 2026

  • Offers are submitted directly to Knight Dragon. No other Sales Agent or Introducer involved in the purchase

6 months free Lettings & Management services:

  • After the 6-month free period, the management fee will revert to 12% + VAT
  • Offer applies to sole agency instructions of Greenwich Peninsula Lettings
  • Greenwich Peninsula Lettings must be instructed with terms signed within 30 days of the completion date of their property at Greenwich Peninsula to qualify
  • Landlords must let and manage the property through Greenwich Peninsula Lettings for a minimum of 24 months. If the property is withdrawn earlier, a management fee of 12% + VAT will be due for the initial free 6-month period

£5,000 referral fee:

  • The referee must not be known to Knight Dragon prior to the referral taking place. This includes but is not limited to rental tenants, leaseholders and businesses of Knight Dragon and Greenwich Peninsula. 
  • Offer applies to the purchase of any new (not previously owned) apartment being sold by Knight Dragon or Greenwich Peninsula Sales.  
  • Referrer must email the name, telephone number and email address of the referee to [email protected]  
  • £5,000 is payable upon invoice to Knight Dragon following successful exchange of contracts of the relevant sale. 
  • Referral fee applicable to New World CLUB members referring non-members only and not on member purchases.  
  • Referral fees are not applicable for third party agents or introducers where commission of sale applies. 

Applicants must have become a New World CLUB member no later than 12th January 2026 to qualify for these offers.
