The Fulmar
Light exteriors reference traditional masonry materials, but The Fulmar is more than a homage to Greenwich’s industrial past. The rooftop terrace, with its clipped box hedging and chequered paving, embodies timeless glamour. Connections are made here; cherry trees blossom here and the passing seasons pass here like nowhere else on the Peninsula.

Architecture
The Fulmar is a small jewel set back from the waterside in pleasant gardens. Its architecture both celebrates its rich, history and offers welcome sanctuary to those arriving home after a busy day. With an understated grandness reminiscent of London’s Victorian mansion blocks, this creation by award-winning architecture firm DSDHA mixes glamour with laidback charm.

Interiors
Full-height windows and open-plan layouts allow light and air. Brass, wood and worked metals reflect naval history; soft lighting the river and the night sky. There’s theatre here too—in the lobby’s glowing terrarium, in the smoked timber-clad lounge and along deep red corridors that evoke intimate soirees.

GREEN SPACES FOR YOUNG MINDS
Remember those signs when you were a kid? The ones saying ‘No ball games’? That’s not the Peninsula. Built around a central green space, Parkside is your outdoor playground. As you’d guess, the park is the focus of this neighbourhood, with housing nestled around the edge. For kids there’s the local primary school, and for grown-ups there’s The Pilot, a proper London pub.
