· Greenwich Peninsula Lettings reserves the right to change any part of the offer or remove any part of the offer without prior notice. 

· Greenwich Peninsula Lettings reserves the right to refuse the offer to any customer or withdraw the offer if the resident breaches their tenancy agreement.
