With 150 acres at our fingertips, and three out of seven districts already thriving, there’s lots going on at Greenwich Peninsula. Here’s a snapshot of some of the exciting developments happening across the place.

Troubadour Theatre
Troubadour Theatres are bringing an exciting new 3,000-capacity theatre complex to Greenwich Peninsula. The plans include state-of-the-art theatre experiences alongside a unique space for riverside dining, drinking and socialising. With world-class productions already selling out across London, this new addition to the Troubadour Theatres collection promises to surprise and delight residents, visitors and local businesses across Greenwich Peninsula.
Planning permission has now been approved. Thank you to everyone who took part in the public consultation and shared their views.


New Homes
Discover the latest phase to launch at Greenwich Peninsula: Peninsula Gardens.
Located in the heart of the Lower Riverside district, Peninsula Gardens has delivered more than 400 new homes and welcomed hundreds of new residents.
With work underway across other areas of the Peninsula, more than 2,000 additional new homes will follow in the coming years across Lower Riverside and Meridian Quays.
