Following Mental Health Week, keep making your wellbeing a priority. Thrive is back on Greenwich Peninsula!

A free community wellbeing programme in partnership with The Hour, designed to help you reset, reconnect and thrive this spring.

Free and open to all, Thrive brings together a restorative mix of wellbeing sessions across two weeks on the Peninsula. Whether you're new to mindful movement or simply looking for a moment to breathe, there's something here for everyone.
