Join host Robert Elms and a brilliant group of panellists as they discuss the challenges and strategies for achieving a fulfilling balance between our professional ambitions and personal lives. The importance of maintaining mental, emotional, and physical well-being while pursuing career goals. Is there a right or wrong answer? And can we do more to allow room for both?

The Host:

Robert Elms is a journalist, author, and broadcaster. He has been presenting the Robert Elms Show on BBC Radio London for more than eighteen years. Covering all aspects of life in the Capital, the programme has won three Sony awards and developed a dedicated following.

The Panellists:

Lana Mercury is an artist, writer and tech enthusiast born and raised in London. He is part of Firepit, the new Greenwich Peninsula artists collective and hosts Firepit Tales, a platform for London's rising spoken word stars. Lana has a technology background, earning BSc Hons in Aeronautical Engineering and MSc in Technology Innovation, University of Sussex.

Raoul-Edward Rechnitz (ANutr) runs Picture of Health Nutrition, a platform for consultation and educational events in Nutrition. Leading workshops, retreats and supper clubs centred around concepts with a nutritional slant.

Lydia Weigel is a multi-award winning marketer at Penguin Random House and works across many of the publishing houses' imprints including #Merky Books (Stormzy’s ground-breaking imprint). She leads on UK and global projects, executing campaigns and activations grounded in audience insight and brand values. Working with brands, cultural institutions and platforms, her work has been Shortlisted for the C4 Diversity in Adversity Award. Last year #Merky Books was awarded Elle Style Trailblazing Award for ‘Collective of The year’.
