Join us for a mesmerising fusion experience as namkeen bites, Charlie Young and Firepit Art Gallery come together to host a Supper Club like no other!
Indulge in a three-course feast of Fusion-Indian cuisine, wine paired to each course. Whilst sitting in the ambience of a contemporary art gallery, that sits on the edge of the Thames.
- On Entry: Glass of Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs 'JCB Caviar' NV from Jean-Charles Boisset – a sparkling wine from Burgundy in France, made like Champagne by a top Burgundy producer
- Starter: Savour the vibrant flavours of Patra Dhokla, a delightful two layered steamed lentil cake and Colocasia layered with Tamarind sauce. Paired with a glass of Kamptal Grüner Veltliner 2022 from Loimer – an Austrian white made from the country’s most famous white variety Gruner Veltliner
- Main Course: Dive into a symphony of spices with a Mangalorean Bunt's dish Kori Gassi, a fragrant chicken with a coconut based red curry, accompanied by fluffy Saffron infused rice and miniature naan. Paired with a glass of Beaujolais Lantignié `Granit Rose` 2022 from Frederic Berne – Gamay from Beaujolais in France is the perfect variety to match the spices in the Kori Gassi; light in tannins but full of zippy, fresh cherry flavours able to cut the intensity of the dish
- Dessert: Delight your sweet tooth with a decadent Pistachio Gulab Jamun Mousse, a delightful twist on a classic Indian dessert. Paired with `a glass of La Beryl Blanc` Paarl Chenin Blanc/Muscat 2022 from Fairview – a South African dessert wine with exotic fruit and honeysuckle characteristics
