Led by Stefan Russo, a cell biology & immunology researcher and former chef de partie at Rochelle Canteen, Russo’s Kitchen blends science, health, and cooking. Inspired by his time in South Korea, Stefan shares his passion for fermentation—from kimchi to kombucha—making it easy and accessible for all.
