Part of this year's Thrive Wellbeing Festival, this session is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with your body, no experience or fitness level required.
Held inside Firepit's gallery space, the evening blends breathwork and mindful movement with joyful, Bollywood-inspired dance.
There's no choreography to learn and no pressure to get it right. It's simply a space to move in whatever way feels good, surrounded by art and a supportive group of fellow participants. Whether you're looking to de-stress after a long week, try something new, or just have fun, this session welcomes you exactly as you are.
