Take two hours to reconnect, release, and recharge.

Join for a beautiful sound bath experience. The vibrations, frequencies and sound will take you through a deep relaxation experience, reaching your body on a cellular level. Sound healing promotes a greater sense of balance, calm, relaxation, and release. During the session with Cara, the sounds encourage a shift in brain wave activity. Beta waves (associated with stress and anxiety) transition to alpha waves (linked to relaxation and creativity) and theta waves, (which promote deep mediation, mental clarity, and healing.)

About Cara

Cara began her meditation journey alongside yoga in 2005. She has since explored various therapeutic and spiritual practices, creating nurturing spaces for self-discovery and transformation.
