
Wellbeing Day Retreat: Yoga, Art, Sound Bath and Indian Cuisine
Spend a restorative day at Firepit combining yoga, mindfulness art, a sound bath, and a delicious Indian lunch — all in the inspiring setting of the gallery by the river Thames.
Start with a flowing vinyasa yoga session, followed by a relaxed Indian lunch crafted by food creative Nidhi Anand. In the afternoon, explore mandala painting on a mug to take home, and close the day with a deeply relaxing sound bath using alchemy crystal bowls.
Day schedule:
- 11:30am – Vinyasa Yoga
- 12:30pm – Lunch
- 1:30pm – Free time / riverside walk
- 2:00pm – Art Workshop (Mandala Mug Painting)
- 4:00pm – Tea Break
- 4:30pm – Sound Bath
