Fast, dynamic, and open to all—wheelchair basketball is one of the most inclusive sports in the world, welcoming players of all ages, genders, and abilities. Whether you’re a wheelchair user or not, this is your chance to jump in, have a go, and experience the game first-hand.

Drop in throughout the day and try out a sports wheelchair, guided by expert players and coaches from Brixton Ballers, one of London’s leading wheelchair basketball clubs. Take part in fun drills, skills sessions, and friendly games, all set against the incredible backdrop of Greenwich Peninsula.

Brixton Ballers have been championing accessibility in sport for over 12 years, providing free community sessions and opening up pathways into the sport—whether as a player, coach, or official. In partnership with Disability and Inclusive Sports Coaching UK, they’re working to make the sport more diverse and accessible for future generations.

Supported by funding from Global Fund for Children, their mission is to break down barriers, welcome new players into the game, and create more opportunities for underrepresented communities.

No experience needed—just drop in, grab a chair, and give it a go!
