Wild Swing Mini Golf Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions
1 - The promoter is: Knight Dragon Limited (company no. 04250941) whose registered office is at Level 9, Mitre Passage, Greenwich Peninsula, London, SE10 0ER.
2 - The competition is open to people aged 18 years or over except employees of Knight Dragon Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3 - There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5 - The entrant must follow Greenwich Peninsula on Instagram, like the post, and tag 3 friends in the comments of the post. Competition and details of how to enter are via the Greenwich Peninsula Instagram.
6 - Opening date for entry will be 13:00, 22 July 2024. Closing date for entry will be 10:00, 26 July 2024. Prize - 8 x tickets to Wild Swing mini-golf from 19:00 - 20:00 on Thursday, 1 August + £25 Canteen Food Hall & Bar voucher per person (maximum £200 in vouchers). Winner will be contacted at 10:00 on Friday, 26 July. Winners will be contacted via Instagram. After this time and date then no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

- The entrant must like the post
- The entrant must tag 3 friends in the comments of the post
9 - Knight Dragon reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice if circumstances arise outside of its control.
10 - The prize is one free game of Wilf Swing mini-golf for 19:00 - 20:00 on Thursday, 1 August + a £25 voucher per person. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11 - Winner will be selected at random at 10:00 on Friday, 26 July . The winner will be messaged via Instagram and given details of how/when to collect their prize. Any prize not collected by Monday, 29 July will be redistributed to a new winner.
12 - By winning this competition, you give permission for Knight Dragon to share your photo on Greenwich Peninsula social accounts.
14 - The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16 - The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
